Trouser: Dyed Dhanak.

Fabric quality: Made with premium-quality fabric. Dhanak is a soft, warm winter fabric with a smooth, slightly brushed feel. It keeps you comfortable in cold weather without feeling heavy.

Care: Dry cleaning is recommended for embroidered pieces. If washing at home, hand wash separately in cold water with a mild detergent, do not wring, dry in the shade and iron on low heat from the reverse side.

Shipping

Delivery: All orders are delivered to your doorstep across Pakistan within 4–7 working days. During sales and busy periods, delivery may take slightly longer.

Order confirmation: Before dispatch, we confirm every order by phone call, email or SMS, so please keep your contact details accurate.

International orders: We do not accept international orders at this time.

Returns & refunds

Return window: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item.

Eligible items: The item must be unused, unwashed and undamaged, in its original unopened packaging with tags intact, and must reach us in the same condition in which it was delivered.

Not eligible: Items that have been worn, washed, altered, opened or damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging.

Inspection: Once your return reaches us, our team inspects it and we notify you whether it has been approved.

Refund: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, the refund is sent by bank transfer or mobile wallet.
