ARZZ is a women's clothing brand based in Faisalabad, Pakistan. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our website or buy from us, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to this policy.

  • Contact details: your name, phone number, email address, and billing and delivery address.
  • Order details: the products you view, add to your cart or wishlist, and buy, along with your payment method (for example Cash on Delivery or bank transfer) and your order history.
  • Account details: your email and a password or sign-in code, if you create an account.
  • Messages: what you send us through the contact form, email or WhatsApp.
  • Device and usage data: your IP address, browser, device, pages visited and how you move around the site, collected through cookies and similar tools.

We do not store your card details. Card and other online payments are handled by our payment providers, and we never see your full card number.

  • To process and deliver your orders, and to contact you about them (confirmation, dispatch, delivery, exchanges and refunds).
  • To confirm Cash on Delivery orders by phone or WhatsApp.
  • To run your account, wishlist and cart.

We share only what is needed with:

  • Shopify, which hosts our store, checkout and customer accounts.
  • Courier and delivery companies, to deliver your parcel (they receive your name, phone number and address).
  • Payment providers, to process online payments.
  • Advertising and analytics services (for example Meta and Google), to measure and improve our marketing.
  • Authorities, where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart and sign-in working, remember your preferences, measure traffic and show relevant ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site, such as the cart and checkout, may not work without them.

5. Marketing messages
